On three occasions this week AlertsUSA subscribers were notified via SMS messages to their mobile devices regarding safety and security matters.

On Monday, subscribers were notified of the release of an English-language version of the second issue of an online magazine from Al Qaeda central entitled "One Ummah" (English: One Community). Within this issue which was clearly intended for a U.S. audience, the terror organization seizes on the backlash from the murder of George Floyd, Black Lives Matter protests, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the economic downturn, in order to encourage followers, to invite "oppressed US rioters" to follow Malcolm X & embrace Islam, as well as to urge attacks on the U.S..

One of the clear messages conveyed in the 84-page publication is that, not even the Democrats can help you, but we can.

Quoting from the publication:

The only way forward for you to liberate yourself from this misery is to follow the advice of the martyr, Malcolm X, by embracing Islam and living up to these brilliant words of his: The price of freedom is death.' If your ancestors had taken this advice seriously, you would have been free today. So do not do injustice to your grandchildren by choosing slavery over freedom.

The publication also encourages followers to get trained, particularly in the area of cyber warfare capabilities. and to "carry out all forms of attacks that cause material damage or human losses by targeting electronic communication and control networks and disrupting security systems" of industrial infrastructure, aviation, electrical grids, water systems, and emergency response systems.

In addition, the publication calls for subversive activities, including online efforts aimed at IT infrastructure such as hacking, leaking secret information, taking down public and private websites, hacking networks and servers, disrupting financial networks and banks, as well as other forms of cyber warfare.

The publication also reminds oppressed readers of clause fifteen of a document entitled 'General Guidelines for Jihadi Work' issued by al-Qaeda:

'Helping the oppressed and subjugated, Muslims or non-Muslims, who are victims of any kind of oppression. Supporting and encouraging everyone who helps their cause, even if those who step forth to help them are non-Muslims.'

Jihadists and Leftist Radicals

Readers should not be surprised that there are increasing collaborations between radical groups in the West and a wide range of Islamic jihadist organizations.

In July of 2017, AlertsUSA subscribers were notified of an FBI report which stated the following:

“There is clearly overwhelming evidence that there are growing ties between U.S. radicals and the Islamic State, as well as several ISIS offshoots and splinter groups."

Also in 2017, the FBI sent a task force to Hamburg, Germany during the G20 summit where President Trump spoke. The law enforcement group tracked leftist rioters and determined that U.S.-backed anarchist/radical groups had traveled to Germany and took place in the violence, as well as held meetings with associates of ISIS, Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), and others.

So as to highlight the ongoing threat of Islamic radicals here in the U.S., just last week, the NYPD released shocking video that shows the moment a Brooklyn cop was stabbed in the neck by a Serbian immigrant screaming the Arabic phrase “Allahu Akbar.”
